Bivouavc

The road goes ever on and on

Hot property in a forest off the road

Bivouac!

Breakfast, ready for the morning

And remember kids...

This one goes out to my main man Joe, who was always so cynical about cadets at school, but look where it gets you! His blog is here, by the bye: http://notesfromatinyisland.blogspot.com/2010/08/street-sign.html

Travelling well and wrist and shoulder, while still causing discomfort, will not slow me down.

Currently in Auxerre, waiting for rain to pass.

Best,

Michael

  1. Do you have any desire to go mountain climbing? All of my German friends are doing it, it seems to be the thing to do. We could go to the Alps in the south of Germany for a few days in September before hitting the clubs in Berlin. Let me know before I book my flights.

  3. what a coincidence, I used my cadet knowledge the other day to rig up a shortwave radio to listen to the election. all those fridays dresssed up like child soldiers paid off it seems.

  4. Yeah, you win Joe. That's amazing. A short-wave radio beats my plastic sheet hands down.

I'm looking forward to a reconvening of the original trivia team when we all get home, by the way...
